摘要:光照和淹水是影响无瓣海桑(Sonneratia apetala)林下乡土红树自然更新的主要限制因子。为了探究光照和水淹对木榄(Bruguiera gymnorrhiza)幼苗生长的影响,运用潮汐模拟系统培养木榄幼苗,设置淹水9、12、15和18 h,光照30%、60%和100%,共12个光照+淹水交互处理组合,研究木榄幼苗的叶数、节数、高度、叶生物量、茎生物量、根生物量及总生物量等7项指标。结果表明,(1)光照处理对木榄幼苗叶数、节数和高度影响均不显著,节数和叶数随光照强度增加而增多,高度随光照强度增加而降低;叶、茎、根及总生物量随光照强度的增加而升高,淹水时间9 h和12 h处理组,叶、茎、根及总生物量随光照强度的增加显著升高,淹水18h时差异不显著。(2)淹水处理对叶数、节数和高度影响均不显著,节数随淹水时间增加而增多,叶数和高度随淹水时间增加呈先增加后降低趋势;光照30%时,叶、茎、根及总生物量呈先升后降再升再降低的趋势;光照60%和100%处理组,木榄幼苗叶、茎、根及总生物量呈先升高后降低趋势,各部分生物量在光照100%处理组中差异显著,光照60%和30%处理组生物量差异不显著。(3)光照-淹水交互处理对叶数、节数和高度影响均不显著,节数以18 h&100%组最多,叶数以12 h&100%组最多,高度以12 h&30%组最高;对叶、茎、根及总生物量有显著影响,其最大的处理组合均为12 h&100%。(4)结合相关性分析可知,叶数、茎生物量、叶生物量和根生物量与这些环境因素显著相关,节数和高度与其他指标相关性不显著。主成分分析得出光照对木榄幼苗的适应性生长起到关键作用,光照60%~100%和淹水时间9~12 h对木榄幼苗生长有促进作用。
The main limiting factors affecting the natural regeneration of native mangrove trees under the Sonneratia apetala forest are lighting and inundation.In order to explore the effects of lighting and inundation on the growth of Bruguiera gymnorrhiza seedlings,we cultivated B.gymnorrhiza seedlings by using tidal simulation system,setting up 12 lighting-inundation interactive processing combination processing.The inundation time gradient was 9,12,15 and 18 h,light intensity gradient was 30%,60%and 100%.To study the corresponding situation of 7 indicators such as the leaves number,nodes number,seedling height,leaf biomass,stem biomass,root biomass and total biomass.The results showed that,(1)The lighting treatment groups had no significant effects on the leaves number,nodes number,seedling height of B.gymnorrhiza.The nodes number and leaves number increased as the light intensity increases,and the seedling height decreased as the light intensity increases.The leaf,stem,root and total biomass increased with increasing light intensity,and significantly increased with the increase of light intensity in 9 h and 12 h of inundation treatment groups,and had no significant effects in 18 h of inundation treatment group.(2)Inundation treatment group had no significant effects on the leaf number,nodes number,seedling height of B.gymnorrhiza,the nodes number increased with the increase of flooding time,and the leaves number and seedling height increased first and then decrease with the increase of flooding time.When the lighting was 30%,the leaves,stems,roots and total biomass showed a trend of increasing first,then decreasing,then rising and then decreasing.The leaves,stems,roots and total biomass of the seedlings increased first and then decreased in the 60%and 100%treatment groups.The biomass of each part was significantly different in the 100%treatment group,and 60%and 30%treatment groups had no significant effects on the biomass of B.gymnorrhiza.(3)Lighting-inundation treatment group had no significant effects on the leaf number,node number,seedling height of B.gymnorrhiza,the largest node number came from the 18 h&100%group,the largest leaf number came from the 12 h&100%group,the highest seedling height came from the 12 h&30%group.Lighting-inundation treatment group had significant effects on leaf biomass,stem biomass,root biomass and total biomass,and the maximum value for each processing combination all came from the 12 h&100%group.And(4)the relationship of leaves number,stem biomass,leaf biomass and root biomass with the environmental factors had a significant correlation.There was no significant correlation between nodes numbers,plant height and other indexes.The principal component analysis showed that light played a key role in the adaptive growth of B.gymnorrhiza,and this would promote the seedling growth with 60%~100%of light and 9~12 h of inundation treatment.
