摘要:乙醇提取物含量与沉香品质有一定相关性,为寻找国产沉香品质的指标化合物,以液相色谱质谱联用(LC-MS)分析不同品质国产沉香乙醇提取物的化学组成特征,并用化学计量学方法分析样品间化学组成差异。结果显示,不同品级沉香的主要成分都是色酮类,根据结构可分为四类;通过偏最小二乘法判别法(PLS-DA)确认了三个对差异分析贡献较大的谱峰,通过特征碎片确认指标化合物为2-(2-苯乙基)色酮衍生物,为沉香品质的判别提供科学依据。
Ethanol extractive contents correlate with agarwood quality.To identify characteristics of domestic agarwood for grading,LC-MS combining with chemometrics were used to profile and compare the compositions in ethanol extracts in this study.The main chemicals detected by LC-MS in the agarwood samples were identified as 2-(2-phenylethyl) chromone derivatives with different structures which could be classified in four grades.The results of PLS-DA(Partial least squares-discrimination analysis) based on 8~17 minutes of TIC(total ion chromatograph) showed that the agarwood sample loadings corresponded to relevant grades and that three potential chemicals related with agarwood quality were identified by characteristic fragment ion peaks.It was expected that the results could provide scientific reference for agarwood grading.
