摘要:提高木结构古建筑自身的防火能力,对古建文物的传承具有重要意义。以云杉和辐射松木材为研究对象,探讨阻燃底涂树脂对木材引燃时间、燃烧放热的影响和作用机制。结果表明,阻燃树脂对延长引燃时间效果明显,最长可达9 min;木材燃烧初期的快速热释放得到有效抑制,热释放速率峰值显著降低,从而大大降低了对流传热引发火蔓延的风险。
It is greatly significant to the inheritances of ancient building relics,by improving the fire resistance of timber structures.A flame-retardant primer coating resin was prepared,then applied on spruce and radiata pine samples at the laboratory.The mechanism of the wood ignition time and combustion behavior were explored.The results showed that the flame-retardant resin has a significant effect on extending the ignition time up to 9 minutes.The rapid heat release in the initial stage of wood combustion is effectively suppressed and the peak heat release rate is significantly reduced,and thereby the risk of spreading fire caused by heat convection and transfer is greatly reduced.
