摘要：为建立一套科学、合理的冬枣优良单株综合评价体系,采用文献检索、经验总结、业内调查和数据分析等多种方式,对冬枣优良单株的选育途径、综合评价指标及其权重、果实品质综合评价方法及果实品质指标的衡量标准进行了分析与探讨,选定了冬枣选优的途径与方式,确定了与育种目标直接相关的指标及其权重,并根据上述结果,采用以果实品质综合评价为主,结合产量、抗性及生长发育等性状进行选优的基本步骤;针对冬枣果实品质综合评价时的数据转化、评价方法和正负相关指标的定义等问题进行了研究,从而建立了一套适合冬枣的优良单株综合评价体系。
The objective of this study is to establish an applicable synthetical evaluation method of Dongzao advanced selections,represent the primary factors affecting the evaluation system and provide theoretical evidence in evaluating Dongzao advanced selections.Through referring to the references,summarizing the experiences,surveying the experts and analyzing the experimental data,the method of Dongzao breeding,the indexes and their weight values in synthecical evaluation,the synthetical evaluation system and the criterion of the fruit quality indexes were discussed deeply and detailedly.As a result,single advanced tree selection was determined as the breeding method and the average value of 15 answers of the experts were showed in this paper.Based on the result of the weight values,the procedure of ＇give priority to the fruit quality,and then integrate the traits such as yield,resistance and growth＇ was chosen as the main method in the selection.This paper also studied the method of data conversion,synthetical evaluation and the definition of the positive and negative indexes.In turn,the synthetical evaluation system for Dongzao advanced selections was established and would provide help and references in the practical work.
