摘要:以南方红豆杉2年生容器苗为培育对象,采用析因试验设计,系统研究育苗密度、缓释肥施用量和容器规格对其生长及根系发育的影响,并运用隶属函数法对各处理组合的育苗效果进行综合评价,提出优化育苗方案。结果表明:3个主因素中,容器规格对育苗效果影响最大,育苗密度其次,两者对绝大部分育苗指标的影响达到显著水平;缓释肥施用量影响相对较小,仅对苗高、整株干质量、苗木质量指数和根系发育指标有显著影响。两因素交互效应中,育苗密度×容器规格互作对所有地上指标均有极显著影响,但对根系发育的影响较小,缓释肥施用量×容器规格互作主要显著影响根系生长指标,育苗密度×缓释肥施用量互作效应较小,对所有育苗指标均无显著影响。3因素交互效应对绝大部分育苗指标影响显著。隶属函数法综合评价表明:采用10 cm×15 cm规格容器、30株·m^-2的育苗密度和增施2.5 kg·m^-3缓释肥的育苗方案最优,另外,还选出4种较优育苗方案。筛选出的5种优化育苗方案可供育苗单位根据南方红豆杉不同等级苗木的市场价格波动和各种生产要素成本变化灵活应用。
With 2-year-old Taxus wallichiana var. mairei as the cultivation object, the effects of planting density, slow-release fertilizer application amount and container size on its growth and root development were systematically studied by factorial design. The subordinate function method was used to evaluate the seedling-raising effect of each treatment combination, and the optimal seedling-raising scheme was put forward. The results showed that among the three main factors, container size had the greatest impact on seedling growth, followed by seedling density, and both had a significant impact on most of the seedling growth indicators;slow-release fertilizer application had a relatively small impact on seedling height, whole plant dry quality, seedling quality index and root development indicators. Among the two factors, the interaction of seedling density and container size had significant effect on all above-ground indexes, but had little effect on root development. The interaction of slow-release fertilizer application amount and container size mainly affected root growth index, while the interaction of seedling density and container size had little effect on all seedling growth indexes. The interaction effect of three factors has a significant impact on most of the seedling-raising indicators. The comprehensive evaluation of membership function method showed that the best seedling-raising scheme was 10 cm×15 cm container, 30 ind.·m^-2 planting density and 2.5 kg·m^-3 slow-release fertilizer. Four better seedling-raising schemes were also selected. Five optimized seedling-raising schemes were screened out, which could be flexibly applied by seedling-raising units according to the fluctuation of market price and the change of production factor cost of different grades of seedlings of T. wallichiana var. mairei.
