摘要：开展了碳纤维纸张制备及匀度表征的研究,结果表明：为了获得匀度相对较好的碳纤维纸,植物纤维纸浆适宜的打浆度选择在45~50°SR之间;在碳纤维含量5%时,碳纤维纸张的耐破指数不低于5kPa.m2/g,撕裂指数均大于8.0mN.m2/g,裂断长都在6km以上,所以碳纤维含量选择5%较为合适;在碳纤维长度4mm的条件下,匀度均方差较小,即纸张匀度较好。
The preparation and formation characterization of carbon ifber paper were carried on in this paper, the results showed that the appropriate beating degree of plant ifber is between 45~50°SR for a relatively good formation of carbon fiber paper; in the condition of carbon ifber content 5%, the burst index of carbon ifber paper can reach to 5kPa.m2/g or up, tear index to 8.0mN.m2/g, breaking length more than 6km; the better formation can be gained in the condition of 4mm length of carbon ifber.
