摘要:通过测定比较黄藤果实粉末样品溶液和血竭高氯酸盐、血竭和龙血竭等,对照了样品溶液的薄层层析图、紫外分光图谱和高效液相图谱.结果表明:黄藤果实粉末薄层层析图有一个斑点与血竭相同,但与血竭素高氯酸盐和龙血竭都不同;黄藤果实粉末紫外分光图谱有2个峰与血竭和血竭素高氯酸盐相同,但与龙血竭完全不同;黄藤果实粉末高效液相色谱图有1个峰与血竭素高氯酸盐和血竭相同,但与龙血竭完全不同.据此可知黄藤果实粉末组成成分与血竭部分相同,与龙血竭完全不同,黄藤果实粉末是否具有血竭的功能还需要进一步研究.
After measuring D. margaritae fruit powder, resia draconis, dracohodin perochlorate and sanguis draeonis by thin layer chromatography (TLC), UV-VIS and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), analyzed results were reached aT in the following. Spectra of TLC shower that fruit powder of D, margaritae has a spot at the same position as sanguis draconis, but not the same with resia draconis and dracohodin perochlorate. Spectra of UV-VIS shows that fruit powder of D. margaritae has two peaks, the same with dracohodin perochlorate and sanguis draconis but not the Tame with that of resia draconis. Spectra of HPLC shows that D. margaritae has one peak common to resia draconis and dracohodin perochlorate, but not common to reals draconis, Based on the results above, it is concluded that D. margaritae fruit has some elements common to sanguis draconis, but not any elements common to resia draconis. It is necessary to carry out further study to confirm whether fruits of D. rnargaritae may produce dragon blood or not.
