摘要：文章以北京市平原造林绿化工程为背景,提出了满意度木桶模型,从造林工程质量、绿化环境质量、绿化景观感知、绿地可进入性以及生态文化意识5个方面入手,构建平原造林绿化成效的居民满意度指标体系,基于Logistic回归模型,探究各指标对满意度评价结果的影响及其对满意度的相对重要性,从中找出目前造林存在的问题以及今后的建设重点。结果表明:北京平原造林能满足人们的基本期望,居民对造林工程的质量十分认可,大面积的造林为人们提供了就近游憩的场所;目前城市绿化建设主要的问题集中在生态空间的扩展、绿地景观提升、生态文化科普以及平原森林养护水平的提高上;景观质量与生态文化科普是影响居民满意度的关键因素,今后的绿化建设应以这2个要素为核心,继续拓展平原区生态空间,改善绿地景观,不断提高管护技术,并注重建立反馈机制以便及时把握造林绿化建设方向。
.In this paper,weintroduced Satisfaction-Bucket-Model,developed the evaluation system of public satisfaction fromfive aspects-the quality of afforestation,the quality of green environment,landscape perception,open green space and the awareness of ecological culture,By using the Logistic Regression Model to explore the interactionof various indicators and the relative importance in this satisfaction evaluation,we could discover the keyissues and find out the critical factors of future afforestation.The result showed that the plain afforestation in Beijing can meet people＇s basic needs,the residents are really satisfied with the quality of afforestation project.And a large area of afforestation provided people nearby recreational places.However,the main problems of greening are concentrated in four aspects –the development of ecological space,landscape ascension,the popularization of ecological culture and the forest management in plain area.The quality of landscape and the popularization of ecological culture are the most critical factors that will affect public satisfaction and the future ecological construction should be based on these two elements.What＇s more,the government should set up a feedback mechanism of afforestation to optimize the construction.
