摘要：采用原材料动态顶空套袋采集法以及热脱附、GC MS等措施,成功地采集与分析了自然状态下杉木木材的挥发物成分,杉木木材挥发物中有35种萜类化合物、15种脂肪族化合物和5种芳香族化合物,萜类化合物的MS强度最高。同时,从药物生理和芳香疗法的角度,初步分析了挥发物对人体生理、心理健康的影响。结果表明,杉木的挥发物中含有许多有益成分,尤其是各种萜类化合物,大多具有良好的生理活性及芳香疗法作用,如能够抗菌、消炎、祛痰、镇咳,以及解除心理上的紧张与疲劳,令人感觉自然、轻松、舒适、愉快等。因而具有改善空气质量,促进人体身心健康的功能。
Adopting dynamic head-space and GC-MS, volatiles of wood of Chinese fir in nature were successfully collected and analyzed.It contains 35 terpenoid,15 aliphatics and 5 aromatic compounds,in which the MS intensity of terpenoid is the highest.Meantime,effect of volatiles on physiology and psychology were analyzed from angle of drug physiology and aromatherapy.The results showed that some of volatiles of wood of Chinese fir were useful for human health,especially terpenoid being of good physiological activity and aromatherapy function,such as sterilization,diminish inflammation,codein,and making people feel easy,comfort,pleasant,and so on.Therefore,based on preliminary analysis of this paper, volatiles of wood of Chinese fir could ameliorate indoor air quality and regulate human body and mind health.
