摘要:用不同浓度的GA3、KNO3、H2O2和98%H2SO4 4种化学药剂对野漆树种子分别进行不同浸种方式的发芽对比试验,以寻求提高野漆树种子发芽率的最佳化学药剂处理方法。结果表明,上述4种化学药剂处理对野漆树种子的发芽率有显著促进作用,且各处理方法及发芽率差异显著:GA3、KNO3、H2O2低浓度范围处理野漆树种子,其发芽率呈上升趋势,但长时间、高浓度的药剂处理会对种子发芽产生抑制作用;98%H2SO4不同处理时间,野漆树种子发芽率有较明显的差异;不同浸种方式的发芽对比试验中,发芽情况最好的是98%H2SO4处理,种子发芽率最高,达到73.67%,发芽整齐,且处理时间短,仅15 min。
The test of seed germination rate of Toxicodendron succedaneum was studied by different way of comparing the germination,the purpose was to improve seed germination of Toxicodendron succedaneum best chemical treatment methods.The germination test and germination rate were observed through GA3,KNO3,H2O2,and 98% H2SO4 4 different concentrations of chemical agents on Toxicodendron succedaneum seed treatment in laboratory.The results showed that: the above four chemical treatments played a very important role on the germination rate of Toxicodendron succedaneum seed.The treatment and germination rate were significantly different.By GA3,KNO3,H2O2 treatment of low concentration of Toxicodendron succedaneum seed,the germination rate was rising,but for a long time,high concentration of pharmaceutical treatment would have inhibited seed germination.The seed germination rate of Toxicodendron succedaneum was obvious differences of 98% H2SO4 solution treatment time.Compared with the different methods of germination tests,98% H2SO4 treatment was the best way of germination,the highest seed germination rate reached 73.67%,The speed of germination was the same,and the processing time was short,only 15 min.
