摘要:研究了6个种源籽蒿(Artemisia sphaerocephala Krasch.)的耐盐能力,期望可以筛选出耐盐能力强、生长迅速的籽蒿种源。通过不同盐分处理的盆栽试验,对6个不同种源籽蒿幼苗的水分关系、叶绿素含量、渗透性物质含量指标进行了测定分析,研究结果表明:随着盐质量分数增加,植物水分相关参数对盐胁迫的反应不一;盐胁迫下叶绿素分解加速,叶绿素a、叶绿素总量呈下降趋势,而幼苗叶片的叶绿素b有升有降;不同种源籽蒿叶片内脯氨酸质量分数、丙二醛质量摩尔浓度、可溶性蛋白质量分数均不呈单一的变化趋势,说明不同种源籽蒿对盐胁迫的反应具有显著差异性。盐胁迫对籽蒿生理生化方面的各个指标均具有显著影响,且种源间耐盐能力差异显著。利用隶属函数法对供试的6个种源籽蒿幼苗的耐盐能力进行综合评价,其耐盐性由大到小依次为:巴丹吉林沙漠籽蒿(AMSP)、库布齐沙漠籽蒿(DZSP)、腾格里沙漠籽蒿(ABSP)、荒漠化草原与草原化荒漠过渡带籽蒿(HYSP)、乌兰布和沙漠籽蒿(DKSP)、毛乌素沙地籽蒿(WSSP)。
The Salt-tolerance of six different provenances of Artemisia sphaerocephala was conducted to select the provenances with strong salt-tolerance and fast growing rate. Through the pot experiment with different salt gradients, some physiological and biochemical indices of different provenances at salt gradients were measured with the experiments of water relation, chlorophyll contents and osmosis substances. The related water parameters were not regular with salt content increasing. With salt stress increasing, the chlorophyll decomposed quickly, and the chlorophyll a and total chlorophyll contents decreased, but the chlorophyll b content in seedling leaves increased or decreased arbitrarily. Irregular variations of proline, MDA and soluble protein content in the seedling from different provenances indicate different provenance seedlings have significant difference to salt stress. Salt stress has significant influence on all indexes of seedling physiology and biochemistry as well as on different provenance. Seedling tolerance ability of six different provenances was assessed by membership function, and the sequence from strong to weak was AMSP〉DZSP〉ABSP〉HYSP〉DKSP〉WSSP.
