摘要：精准扶贫是我国解决深层次贫困问题,保证2020年贫困地区全面脱贫目标实现的重要战略举措。自习近平总书记在视察湘西扶贫工作时首次提出精准扶贫理念以来,学术界纷纷投入对精准扶贫精准脱贫理论的研究。目前,我国对于精准扶贫的研究重点围绕在精准扶贫内涵、困境与挑战、实施路径以及脱贫成效等方面,尚未形成系统的理论研究体系。文章通过总结评述前人的研究成果,指出研究不足,并对今后的精准扶贫研究工作进行了展望。
Taking targeted measures to help people lift themselves out of poverty is an important strategic measure,which solves the profound problem of poverty in China and promotes to achieve the goal of comprehensive poverty alleviation in poor areas by 2020. Since Xi Jinping, China’s president and Communist Party chief, put forward the concept of targeted poverty alleviation for the first time, people in scholarly circles devoted to the research of this field. At present, the study mainly contains the connotation, difficulties, the implementation approaches and effect, but the comprehensive theoretical system on targeted poverty alleviation has not been formed yet. This paper pointed out the lack of research and the area of further study based on summarizing and discussing previous research result.
