摘要:以无花果为试验原料,探究亚临界水提取无花果多糖的最佳工艺条件。在提取时间、提取温度、液料比和提取压力等单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面分析法(Response surface methodology,RSM)建立亚临界水提取无花果多糖的二次多项数学模型,进一步探究各因素对多糖提取率的作用规律,并对亚临界水提取无花果多糖的工艺进行优化。结果表明亚临界水提取无花果多糖的最佳工艺条件为:提取时间为17min,提取温度为150℃,液料比为30m L/g,提取压力为1.5MPa,并在该工艺条件下对模型参数进行验证,多糖提取率达56.48%,亚临界水提无花果多糖的实际得率与预测值无明显差异,说明响应面分析得到的优化条件可靠,且与传统提取工艺相比亚临界水提取无花果多糖的效果更佳。
The purpose of this study was to establish the optimal conditions for extracting polysaccharide from Fi- cus carica Linn by subcritical water. Based on the results of a single-factors test such as extraction time, extrac- tion temperature, extraction pressure and liquid-solid ratio, the multinomial mathematical model of extracting polysaccharide by subcritical water was built with the method of response surface methodology(RSM), and then its extracting conditions under the subcritical water environment were optimized. The results indicated that the optimal conditions were found as follows: extraction time 17min, liquid-solid ratio 30mL/g, extraction temperature 150℃, and extraction pressure 1.5MPa, then verification test was carried out under the optimal extraction conditions, the extraction yield of polysaccharide reached up to 56.48%. There was no significant difference about the extraction yield of polysaccharide between the actual yield and predicted value, indicating the optimal conditions was reliable with the response surface analysis.
