摘要:以若尔盖泥炭沼泽为研究对象,采用静态箱法,利用静态箱-快速温室气体分析仪,在2014年5~9月的植物生长季,测量CO2和CH4含量并计算其排放通量,同时测定环境因子和植物生物量,分析CO2和CH4的排放通量与环境因子之间的关系。研究结果表明,在7月22日,沼泽CO2和CH4排放通量最大,而在5月6日和9月21日,CO2和CH4排放通量较低。在沼泽中,草丘和洼地的CO2排放通量最大值分别为902.07 mg/(m^2·h)和401.57 mg/(m^2·h),CH4排放通量最大值分别为34.61 mg/(m^2·h)和17.43 mg/(m^2·h)。草丘CO2排放通量平均值[530.31 mg/(m^2·h)]显著高于洼地[222.82 mg/(m^2·h)](n=10,p<0.05);而草丘CH4排放通量平均值[14.81 mg/(m^2·h)]也显著高于洼地[7.04 mg/(m^2·h)](n=10,p<0.05)。草丘和洼地CO2排放通量主要受5~10 cm深度土壤温度的影响,CH4排放通量主要受5~30 cm深度土壤温度的影响。
The Zoigê Plateau fen was selected to study the fluxes of CO2 and CH4 emission during 2014 growing season(from 6 th May to 21 st September). Moreover, we also analyzed the environmental factors and the plant biomass, further investigated the relationships between the CO2 and CH4 emission fluxes and environmental factors. The CO2 and CH4 emission fluxes were measured by the dark static chamber and Fast Greenhouse Gas Analyzer. The results showed that the highest CO2 and CH4 emission fluxes from the hummock and hollow in the Zoigê Plateau fen occurred on July 22, but the fluxes were lower on May 6 and September 21. On July 22, the highest CO2 fluxes from the hummock and hollow in the Zoigê Plateau fen were 902.07 mg/(m^2· h) and 401.57 mg/(m^2· h), respectively. While the CH4 flux reached a maximum of 34.61 mg/(m^2· h) in the hummock and17.43 mg/(m^2· h) in the hollow on July 22. The mean value of CO2 emission flux was significantly higher in the hummock [530.31 mg/(m^2· h)] than in the hollow [222.82 mg/(m^2· h)](n=10, p<0.05);while the mean value of CH4 emission flux was significantly higher in the hummock [14.81 mg/(m^2· h)] than in the hollow(7.04 mg/(m^2· h)). Meanwhile, the CO2 emission fluxes from the hummock and hollow in the Zoigê Plateau fen were significantly correlated with the soil temperature at 5-10 cm depth(n=10, p<0.05);while the relationships between the CH4 emission fluxes and the soil temperature at 5-30 cm depth in the hummock and hollow in the Zoigê Plateau fen were also significantly correlated(n=10, p<0.05).
