摘要：首次利用共价型(Cl)化物为催化剂,用邻苯二甲酸酐与丁醇反应合成了DBP增塑剂,并考察了带水剂、催化剂用量、醇用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素的影响.结果表明,在本催化剂条件下可以避免使用具毒性的甲苯、二甲苯的带水剂.
This paper studied covalent Cl compounds as catalyst, reaction of phthalic anhydride and butanol synthesis of DBP plasticizer and examined the water-carrying agent, catalyst, alcohol consumption, reaction temperature, reaction time and other factors＇ impact. The results showed that in this catalyst the use of toxic toluene and xylene-band agent, can be avoided
