摘要:为研究移栽对油茶嫁接苗根系和新梢生长的影响,对长林4号、40号和53号1年生地栽嫁接苗进行移栽试验,通过对移栽后根梢生长测量和统计分析,研究结果发现:移栽后长林4号和40号苗高低于未移栽,而长林53号高于未移栽;所试验品种的地径为移栽高于未移栽;移栽后的新生根系多集中在0In order to study the effects of transplanting on Camellia oleifera grafted seedlings and new shoot growth, Changling No. 4, No. 40 and No. 53 of C. oleifera one-year-old seedlings were tested. The new shoot growth mensuration and the statistical analysis were conducted. The results show that after transplanted, the grafted seedling growth of Changling No. 4 and No. 40 were lower than that of the un-transplanted seedlings, while Changling No. 53 was higher than that of un-transplanted; All the tested C. oleifera species' ground diameter were bigger than that of un-transplanted; The new growth root systems were concentrated in the range of 0 〈 d ≤ 0.5 mm after transplanted, the root system length and numbers of Changling No. 4 and No. 53 were longer and more than that of un-transplanted, while Changling No. 40 was lower than that of un-transplanted; After transplanted, the root-shoot ratio of Changling No. 4, No. 40 were higher than that of un-transplanted, while the un-transplanted No. 53 was higher than that of the transplanted. Based on about analysis, the transplanting measure improved the growth of lateral root because the root began to quickly growth after transplanting; When the roots were damaged in the transplanted process if the varieties (Changling No. 4 and No. 40) could be quickly growth, it would slow speed of recovery; But it (Changling 53#) would quickly recovery if the seedlings were slowly grew before transplanted. So it was necessarily selected appropriate transplanting method for different varieties, which would be favored of reducing cost and improving efficiency of production.
