摘要:以马来海松酸(MPA)和聚乙二醇400(PEG-400)合成了超支化聚酯(HBP),采用丙烯酰氯对HBP改性得到可UV固化端乙烯基松香基超支化聚酯(VHBP)。探讨了最佳反应条件,采用GPC研究了物料比对HBP分子质量的影响,通过FT-IR,DSC及TG分析对HBP和VHBP的结构和性能进行了表征,并测试了VHBP紫外光固化膜的性能。结果表明,最佳反应条件如下:反应温度230℃,以草酸亚锡为催化剂,用量为MPA质量分数为1.0%。n(MPA)∶n(PEG-400)为1∶1.3时HBP数均分子质量最大,达到2 159。HBP中含有大量酯基和羟基,热失重50%时,温度为415℃,玻璃化转变温度(Tg)为-51.74℃。VHBP中出现乙烯基特征峰,热失重50%时温度为418℃,Tg为-58.55℃。HBP和VHBP均具有良好的溶解性。VHBP紫外光固化膜具有较好的柔韧性和耐化学品性。
The hyperbranched polyester(HBP) was prepared by maleopimaric acid(MPA) and polyethylene glycol-400(PEG-400).The HBP was further modified by acryloyl chloride and the hyperbranched polyester containing terminal vinyl group(VHBP) was obtained. The optimal synthesis conditions were discussed and the effect of material ratios on the molecular of HBP were investigated by GPC. The structure and properties of HBP and VHBP were characterized by FT-IR,DSC and TG analysis. The result showed that the optimal reaction conditions were as follows:reaction temperature 230 ℃,stannous oxalate as catalyst and catalyst dosage 1.0%(based on MPA). The maximum number average molecular weight of HBP with molar ratio of MPA to PEG-400 1 ∶ 1.3 was up to 2 159.The HBP contained large number of ester and hydroxyl groups.The temperature of 50% weight loss was 415 ℃ and the Tgwas-51.74 ℃. The VHBP contained large number of terminal vinyl groups. The temperature of 50% weight loss was 418 ℃ and the Tg was-58.55 ℃. The HBP and VHBP had good solubility. The UV-cured VHBP film had good flexibility and resistance to chemicals.
