摘要:以东方杉(Taxodium mucronatum×Cryptomera fortunei)1年生盆栽苗为对象,研究在不同NaCl浓度胁迫下对其生长和生理生化的影响,结果表明:随着NaCl浓度增加,叶绿素含量呈现下降趋势;SOD含量前期(15天)逐渐升高,后期(30天)中、低浓度下变化不大,高浓度下(0.6%NaC1)明显下降;Pro含量前期也呈现上升趋势,后期在0.4%NaC1胁迫下达到最高点;RC前期变化不明显,后期中、低浓度下差异不显著,高浓度下明显升高。综合各项指标说明:东方杉在盐胁迫的前期通过Pro、SOD的迅速积累来抵御造成的伤害,导致前期RC变化不明显;而后期高浓度胁迫下东方杉出现了严重的生理变化,所以东方杉耐受的临界浓度在0.4%左右。
The research objective of this article is focused on the one-year-old potted seedlings Taxodium mucronatum × Cryptomera fortunei,to study on the effects of those growth and physiological with the stress of different NaC1 concentration,the results showed that,with the increase of NaC1 concentration,the chlorophyll content presents the declining trend;the SOD content increased gradually in earlier period (15d),and in the later period (30d) it changed little under middle concentration and low concentration,but there was a obvious drop in a high concentrations(0.6% NaC1);and the Pro content also showed a rising trend in the earlier period,later period it hitted the peak with the stress of the 0.4% NaC1 concentration;the RC failed to have a obvious change in the earlier period,and so to be in the middle concentration and low concentration,but it elevated obviously in the high concentration.Synthesizes each target to explained: the Taxodium mucronatum × Cryptomera fortunei resisted the injury through a rapid accumulation of Pro and SOD,with the stress of the salt brine in the earlier period,which leaded to a unobvious change of the RC in the earlier period;but the Taxodium mucronatum × Cryptomera fortunei had a serious physiological change with a stress of high concentration in the later period,so the Taxodium mucronatum × Cryptomera fortunei ’s critical concentration was around 0.4%.
