摘要:利用木材常规干燥试验机对5种常用实木地板坯料的杀虫、灭菌湿热平衡处理工艺过程进行模拟,分析其温度变化特性。地板坯料随加热介质(湿空气)温度先线性快速升高后逐渐趋于波动稳定。不同树种地板坯料的稳定维持温度值较一致。湿热处理过程介质湿度增加,加热均匀性提高,地板坯料更易达到和保持稳定温度。以11.5%作为地板坯料平衡含水率目标值设置湿热处理的温、湿度条件,以地板坯料稳定维持温度最低值作判据,所制定的S1~S3(60~70℃/RH 72.3%~90.4%)和S4~S6(75~85℃/RH 76.7%~92.9%)工艺分别达到杀虫、灭菌的温度要求。
The changes in temperature were examined on five common species for solid wood flooring blanks during the hygrothermal treatment for disinfestation and sterilization by using a conventional wood dryer.The temperature of the flooring blanks increased rapidly.The changes in temperature inside the wood blanks were almost linear with the increase in environment temperature at the beginning of the heating process,then,gradually became fluctuated steadily with the heating medium(humid air).The stable internal temperature of flooring blanks was relatively consistent for different wood species.It was easier for the flooring blanks to reach and maintain the target temperature when the heating uniformity was improved by increasing the medium humidity.In this study,the treatment condition was set corresponding to the equilibrium moisture content of flooring blanks at 11.5%.To meet the lowest stable internal temperature of flooring blank when the treating-temperature was consistent,the determined S1~S3 processes(60℃ to 70℃ and 72.3%to 90.4%RH)and S4~S6 processes(75℃ to 85℃ and 76.7%to 92.9%RH)met the temperature requirements of hygrothermal process for wood disinfestation and sterilization,respectively.
