摘要:对牡丹开花前后根、枝条的各种营养成分含量进行了分析,结果表明:开花前、后总糖、多糖、二糖、粗蛋白、粗纤维、果糖、N、P、Ca、Mg、S的含量变化都达到显著水平,说明牡丹的开花过程是一个明显能量消耗的过程。从牡丹开花前后根、枝条的各种营养成分含量来看,根中多糖、葡萄糖、总糖、淀粉、粗脂肪的含量明显高于枝条,而枝条中二糖、粗纤维的含量明显高于根,充分证明了牡丹根是植株的主要养分贮存器官,为开花提供所需营养,当年形成的枝条为下一次开花提供较少的养分,更主要的是起运输通道的作用。
The contents of nutrients and mineral elements in tree peony were analyzed by SAS software. The results showed that the changes of nutrients and mineral elements, such as total saccharide, polysaccharide, bisaccharide, N, P, Ca, were significant before and after flowering. It delicates that the blooming is a energy emitting stage. Most of the nutrients, for example polysaccharide, in root were much higher than those in 1- year-old branches, otherwise there was no significant change in the mineral elements between roots and branches. It is said that the roots and the branches of tree peony are the main organ of the nutrients storage and path of nutrients transference respectively.
