摘要:针叶树进化出优异的诱导性防御机制抵御自然界中各种生物和非生物的逆境胁迫。为明确拟双色长喙壳Ophiostoma pseudobicolor的弱毒性和富士长喙壳Endoconidiophora fujiensis的强毒性,以5 a生日本落叶松Larix kaempferi和长白落叶松Larix olgensis为试验对象,通过人工接种和气相色谱方法联合评估落叶松八齿小蠹Ips subelongatus伴生长喙壳真菌优势种拟双色长喙壳与先锋种富士长喙壳的致病性差异,通过2种长喙壳真菌的接种试验,验证弱毒真菌预处理是否诱导落叶松抗性增强。结果表明:富士长喙壳在日本落叶松和长白落叶松上产生的坏死斑和诱导的寄主单萜总含量均显著大于拟双色长喙壳处理,对2种落叶松的致病性更强;接种拟双色长喙壳后再接种富士长喙壳,2种落叶松内韧皮部坏死斑面积分别减小79.52%和48.82%。弱毒真菌拟双色长喙壳预处理能够诱导日本落叶松和长白落叶松对强毒真菌富士长喙壳产生抗性。该结果可为林木病害防控提供新思路和方法。
Conifers have evolved excellent inducible defense mechanisms to resist various biotic and abiotic stresses in nature.In order to determine the weak toxicity of Ophiostoma pseudobicolor and the strong toxicity of Endoconidiophora fujiensis,the pathogenicity differences between the dominant species O.pseudobicolor and the pioneer species E.fujiensis associated with Ips subelongatus were evaluated by artificial inoculation and gas chromatography using five-year-old Larix kaempferi and Larix olgensis as experimental subjects.The inoculation experiments of two ophiostomatoid fungi were conducted to verify whether the pretreatment of O.pseudobicolor could induce resistance enhancement of the two species of Larix.The results showed that the necrotic lesions areas and total contents of host monoterpenes induced by E.fujiensis on L.kaempferi and L.olgensis were significantly higher than those induced by O.pseudobicolor,and the pathogenicity of E.fujiensis to the two species of larch was stronger.The phloem necrotic lesions areas of the two species of larch decreased by 79.52%and 48.82%,respectively,after inoculating with O.pseudobicolor and then inoculating with E.fujiensis.It was demonstrated that pretreatment with hypovirulent fungus O.pseudobicolor could induce resistance in L.kaempferi and L.olgensis to hypervirulence of E.fujiensis.The experimental results can provide new ideas and methods for the prevention and control of forest diseases.
