摘要:对植物生长延缓剂PP333、S3307、CCC浸种处理24h后地涌金莲种子萌发、矮化效应及光合特性的变化进行了初步研究。结果表明:10~40mg·L^-1PP333、2~8mg·L^-1S3307浸种处理的种子萌发率降低,幼苗生物量减少,植株矮化,叶片叶绿素含量增加,光合作用增强。40mg·L。PP3,,处理矮化效果最明显,与对照相比降低了51.8%;CCC浸种在一定程度上降低了种子萌发率,但提高了幼苗生物量,使光合作用增强;5000~7000mg·L^-1CCC浸种处理可使种子萌发率及植株高度显著降低,7000~10000mg·L^-1CCC浸种处理矮化效果不明显,但显著提高了叶片叶绿素含量。比较而言,PP333和S3307浸种处理对地涌金莲的矮化效果要好于CCC,而达到相同调控水平所需S3307的量要远低于PP333。从矮化效果、光合特性变化及经济角度综合考虑,S3307是地涌金莲浸种矮化较适宜的植物生长延缓剂。
The effect of plant growth retardants on seeds germination, seedling growth and photosynthetic characteristics was tested by soaking Musella lasiocarpa seeds with plant growth retardants ( PP333, S3307, CCC ) for 24 hours. Results indicated that 10---40 mg · L^-1 PP333, 2--8 mg · L^-1 S3307 soaking can delay the germination, decrease biomass accumulation, reduce plant height, furthermore increase chlorophyll content and enhance photosynthetic rate. The dwarf effect of 40 mg · L^-1 PP333 was the most notable, the plant height clearly descended by 51.8% compared with the contrast; CCC soaking can also delay the biomass accumulation in certain degree. 5 000--7 000 mg· L^-1 soaking significantly delayed the germination,reduce plant height. The dwarf effect of 7 000--10 000 mg · L^-1 CCC soaking was not obvious, but significantly increased the chlorophyll content. Comparatively speaking, the dwarf effect of PP333 and S3307 on Musella lasiocarpa were better than that of CCC. Compared with PP333, the dosage consumption of S3307 was much smaller when the same control level was obtained. S3307 was more suitable for Musella lasiocarpa seed soaking from the perspectives of dwarf effect, photosynthesis and economy.
