摘要:探讨双组分水性高分子异氰酸酯胶黏剂(API)用于胶合高密度重组竹结构材的可行性,采用力学实验机、DMA和SEM等方法,比较自制API与冷固型苯酚—间苯二酚—甲醛树脂(PRF)分别胶合的重组竹结构材试件的压缩剪切强度、木破率、热力学数据以及胶合界面情况。结果显示:API和PRF胶合的重组竹均有较高的干强度值和木破率值;高温处理可显著提高两种树脂的强度; DMA储能模量显示API与PRF胶合的重组竹热力学性能相似; SEM显示PRF胶合的重组竹韧性较API略强。API胶合的重组竹剪切强度值超过标准规定值,说明合适的API可用于重组竹结构材的胶合。
In order to evaluate the feasibility of using Aqueous polymer isocyanate( API) to bonding high density structural bamboo scrimber,compressive shear strength,wood failure ratio,thermal properties and interface morphology of two kinds of structural bamboo scrimber adhesion with API and PRF resins were investigated by mechanical testing machine,dynamic mechanical analysis( DMA) and scanning electronic microscope( SEM) respectively. Results showed that both of dry compressive shear strength and wood failure ratio of bamboo scrimber bonding with API and PRF were high,and they were raised obviously by high temperature treatment.DMA date showed that both of their thermodynamic properties were similar. It can be seen that tenacity of API was weaker than PRF from SEM. The shear strength of bamboo scrimber bonding with API was higher than the value of standard of Structural glued laminated timber. The results showed that proper API could be used to glue structural bamboo scrimber.
