摘要:以竹炭粉、硅粉为原料,加入酚醛树脂胶粘剂,按照一定的比例充分混合均匀后,固化成型,再用反应性渗入方法在1500~1800℃、Ar气氛下渗硅反应0.5h,制得SiC陶瓷材料。借助SEM-EDS等测试方法对转变为SiC过程中的显微结构及能谱分析进行了表征。实验结果表明:在竹炭转变为SiC的高温处理过程中,竹炭的微观结构很好的保留在了SiC陶瓷中,并且C,O,Si元素在样品表面呈现有规律的变化,此外介绍了竹炭转变为SiC陶瓷材料的机理。
This experiment used bamboo charcoal powder,silica powder and phenolic resins as raw materials,then mixed them in terms of definite proportion,and solidified them to stated shape.And subsequent reactive infiltration of gaseous silicon at 1500-1800℃ for 0.5 h in static argon atmosphere resulted in the formation of SiC ceramic.SEM-EDS were employed to characterize the microstructure and spectral analysis during bamboo charcoal-to-SiC ceramics conversion.The results showed that during high-temperature processing,the microstructure details of the bioorganic performs were retained in SiC ceramics,and C,O,Si elements in the sample surface showed regular changes.In addition,the mechanism of bamboo carbon-to-SiC ceramics conversion via the method was introduced.
