摘要：为解释优秀村干部的角色身份与绰号的关系,采用以案例分析为主的质性研究方法对2013-2014年两届CCTV"最美村官"公开媒体资料进行了分析。分析结果发现:(1)村干部因其个人禀赋、工作能力、组织身份、业绩表现等获得来自村民或社会其他群体的绰号,而且,每个村干部可能同时获得两个及以上种类的绰号;(2)这些绰号大体可以归为五类:脾气、个性类,品行、德性类,行为、特殊事件类,财产、职业类,学识、技能类;(3)村干部绰号与身份建构间存在良性互动关系,绰号是村干部村内身份建构的结果与形象化标识,而且,绰号可以通过对身份的反馈机制而强化身份认同所具有的内在激励效果。
To explain nicknames and role-identity of the outstanding village cadres （OVCs）, this paper, using case analysis method, studies the opening media data on ＂The Most Beautiful Village Cadres＂ that has selected by CCTV during 2013--2014. And it finds that： （1） Every OVC has more than one nickname, and the nicknames are usually given by the village residents and other social groups according to his temper and character, morality, ca- reer identity, knowledge and skill; （2） The nicknames of OVCs can be categorized into five classes; （3） There is a kind of positive interaction between nicknames and role-identity, and the nicknames are the outcomes and image marking of role-identity construction, which also strengthen the intrinsic motivation function of role-identity by their feedback systems.
