摘要:对应用于集成材生产的水性高分子聚合物为主剂、异氰酸酯为固化剂的API胶合体系进行研究,考察水性高分子聚合物的种类、黏度、冷压时间对API粘接柞木压缩剪切强度的影响,结果表明:特定加入比例下,SBR是配制主剂强度最高的一种胶乳;在考察范围内,主剂黏度对API胶合强度的影响不显著,黏度约为10 Pa.s时,有利于施胶;冷压时间在30至180 min的范围内对胶合强度没有明显的影响,说明在胶黏剂固化时间内施压即可。
Aqueous polymer isocyanate (API) which was made of two components, polyol and polyisocyanate, was studied by the authors to expand its application in laminated wood manufacturing. To find an optimized technology, the authors investigated how the bonding strength of API could be affected by the kinds and viscosity of polyol, as well as the cold-pressing time. The following conclusions were drawn from the results. 1) SBR was the best latex to prepare API adhesive, and its addition should be appropriate; 2) The viscosity of polyol had little influence on the bonding strength of API adhesive. However, when the polyol viscosity was around 10 Pa·s, the adhesive was easy to operate; 3) During 30 min to 180 min, there was no relationship between the cold pressing time and the bonding strength of API, so the pressure should be loaded within the adhesive curing time.
