摘要:【目的】为探究施氮对唐古特白刺(Nitraria tangutorum)幼苗抗旱性的影响。【方法】本试验通过模拟干旱胁迫,对白刺幼苗喷施不同浓度氮肥(0、6、36、60 mmol·L^-1),从根系形态特性和内源激素2方面进行了研究。【结果】①干旱胁迫下,氮添加会促进各径级白刺根系伸长生长,当氮素浓度达到36 mmol·L^-1时,白刺细根和小根增长到最大值;对于中根而言,当氮添加浓度达60 mmol·L^-1时,促进效果最佳。②氮添加会提高干旱胁迫下白刺根系表面积、体积以及根尖数。施氮后,白刺表面积、体积、根尖数最大值分别为155.74 cm^2、2.67 cm^3、2370.00个,分别较不施氮处理增加46.80 cm^2、1.03 cm^3、408.67个。③干旱胁迫下,氮添加会促进白刺体内IAA、ABA、GA3含量合成。方差分析显示,氮素对IAA的促进效果均不显著(P>0.05);氮素对ABA和GA3的促进效果较显著(P<0.05)。④对白刺根系形态指标和内源激素进行相关分析显示,各指标间相关性不强,仅个别指标呈现显著相关关系。【结论】氮添加能够从根系和内源激素两方面改善白刺抗旱性,但并非浓度越高的氮素对白刺生长越有利。
【Objective】The present paper aimed to explore the effect of nitrogen application of Nitraria tangutorum seedlings under drought stress.【Method】This experiment simulated drought stress, sprayed different concentrations of nitrogen fertilizer on Nitraria tangutorum seedlings(0, 6, 36, 60 mmol·L-1), studied root morphological characteristics and endogenous hormones.【Result】(i)Nitrogen addition could promote root elongation and elongation of Nitraria tangutorum under drought stress, when the nitrogen concentration reached 36 mmol·L-1, the fine and small roots increased to the maximum;for medium roots, when the nitrogen concentration reached 60 mmol·L-1, the promotion effect was the best.(ii)Nitrogen addition could increase root surface area, volume and number of root tips of Nitraria tangutorum under drought stress. After nitrogen application, the maximum values of surface area, volume and number of root tips of Nitraria tangutorum were 155.74 cm2, 2.67 cm3 and 2370.00 respectively, 46.80 cm2, 1.03 cm3 and 408.67 more than those without nitrogen application.(iii)Under drought stress, nitrogen addition could promote the synthesis of IAA, ABA and GA3. Analysis of variance showed that nitrogen had no significant effect on IAA(P>0.05);nitrogen promoted ABA and GA3 significantly(P<0.05).(iv)The correlation analysis of root morphological indexes and endogenous hormones of Nitraria tangutorum showed that the correlation among these indexes was not strong, and only individual indexes showed significant correlation. 【Conclusion】In a word, nitrogen addition could improve the drought resistance of Nitraria tangutorum from root and endogenous hormones, but not the higher the concentration of nitrogen, the better the growth of Nitraria tangutorum.
