摘要:研究了炭粉压缩成型的工艺方法。通过选择合适的粘结剂使木炭粉、竹炭粉和稻壳炭粉压缩成型,经试验分析得到在木炭粉、竹炭粉和稻壳炭粉中加入粘结剂B的质量分数为6%、5%和4%。对制得的成型炭进行了真空高温热处理,显著提高了成型炭产品的固定碳含量,3种成型炭固定碳含量平均提高5%以上。测定了成型炭的燃烧特性,3种成型炭中以固定碳含量最高的木炭成型炭热效率最高,为35.2%;竹炭粉成型炭次之,为34.1%;固定碳含量最低的稻壳炭粉成型炭热效率最低,为26.3%。结果表明:在密实度接近的情况下,成型炭的固定碳含量是影响其热效率的关键因素。
Compression formation process for charcoal powder from wood,bamboo and rice husk were studied,and the addition change of B-adhesive to charcoal powders above were optimized.The experimental analysis shows that the mass fraction of B-adhesive for each charcoal powder were 6 %,5 %,4 %,respectively.The vacuum thermal treatment were applied to molding charcoals,the content of fixed carbon was increased by 5 % at average,and the thermal properties of molding charcoal were investigated.The thermal efficiency was determined.The results show that with closing density,their thermal efficiencies decrease with decrement of fixed carbon contents,i.e.,35 %,34.1 % and 26.3 %.Thermal efficiency was influenced by fixed carbon content,significantly.
