摘要:[目的]分析青藏铁路沿线植物群落β多样性,了解该地植物群落物种多样性沿环境梯度的变化格局。[方法]应用β多样性测度公式对青藏铁路沿线植物群落多样性特征进行定量分析。[结果]铁路沿线各样带βW指数呈缓慢下降趋势。最大值出现在第9样带,为4.135;最小值出现在24样带,为1.000。1号样带和其他各样带间βC和βT指数变化趋势基本一致。βC、βT指数最大值分别出现在1号-12号样带间和1号-9号样带间,分别为44.5、4.118;最小值分别出现在1号-2号样带间和1号-24号样带间,分别为7.000、1.100。βCJ和βCS指数在1号样带与2、5、17号样带间的指数值为0.875、0.978、0.984以及0.778、0.935、0.968,与其他各样带间的βCI、βCS指数均为1.000。各相邻样带间βC和βT指数变化趋势基本一致。βC和βT指数最大值出现在24、25号样带间和2、3号样带间,分别为43.000、3.542;最小值出现在1、2号样带间和20、21样带间,分别为7.000、0.678。βCJ、βCS指数最大值均出现在2、3样带间,为1.000;最小值均出现在20、21号样带间,分别为0.440、0.333。[结论]研究结果为该区植被管理和生物多样性保护提供了理论依据。
[ Objective] The aim was to analyze β-diversity of plant communities along the line of Qinghai-Tibetan railway and understand change pattern of plant communities along the line of Qinghai-Tibetan railway. [ Method] The plant communities diversity along the line of Qinghai-Tibetan railway had been quantitatively analyzed by using β-diversity index formulas. [ Result] The βw index of all transect was de- scend along the railway. The max. was 4. 135 at 9 transect and the rain. was 1. 000 at 24 transect. The βc index and βT index between the 1 transect and other transects had the same diversification trend. The max. of βc and BT was 44. 500 and 4. 188 between 1 and 12 transect and between 1 and 9 transect. The rain. was 7. 000 and 1. 100 between 1 and 2 transect and between 1 and 24 transect. The value of βCJ and βCS was 0. 875, 0. 978, 0. 984 as well as 0. 778, 0. 935, 0. 968 between I and 2, 5, 17 transects, and the other values of βCJ and βCS was 1. 000. The βC and βT index at any every two transects had similar diversification trend. The max. of βC and βT was 43. 000 and 3. 542 between 24 and 25 transect and between 2 and 3 transect. The min. was 7. 000 and 0. 678 between 1 and 2 transect and between 20 and 21 transect. The max. of βCJ and βCS was 1. 000 all between 2 and 3 transect. The rain. was 0. 440 and 0. 333 all between 20 and 21 transect. The results provide theoretical basis for vegetation management and biodiversity conservation of Qinghai-Tibetan railway.
