摘要：在红翅槭愈伤组织诱导培养的基础上,进行愈伤组织增殖培养。采用正交试验设计的方法,研究了不同激素、相同培养条件对愈伤组织增殖的影响。结果表明:不同浓度的激素配比对愈伤组织增殖培养影响差异较大,通过对愈伤组织生长情况的观察和正交试验结果可知,红翅槭愈伤组织增殖效果最佳的是A3B2C2,即MS+2,4-D 1.5mg/L+IAA 0.5 mg/L+KT 0.2 mg/L,相对增长率为415.78%。各因素对红翅槭愈伤组织增殖培养影响依次为2,4-D>IAA>KT;建立了红翅槭愈伤组织相对增长率与激素之间的关系模型。不同光照培养条件、不同抗氧化剂、抗褐变剂对红翅槭愈伤组织增殖的影响不同。
Acer fabri callus proliferation induction culture,based on culture for callus,was carried out. By means of orthogonal experimental design method,the effects of different hormones,the same culture conditions on callus proliferation were investigated.The results show that： the effects of different concentrations of hormone combinations on callus proliferation culture were quite different,through the callus growth of non-observation of visual detection and orthogonal test results,the best results of the Acer fabri callus proliferation was the A3B2C2,namely,MS＋2,4-D1.5mg/L＋IAA0.5mg/L＋KT0.2mg/L,the relative growth rate of 515.78%.The effects of various factors on Acer fabri callus culture in order of the proliferation were 2,4-DIAAKT;the model of Acer fabri callus relative growth rate and hormones was established.The effects of culture conditions in different lighting,different anti-oxidants,anti-browning agent of Acer fabri callus proliferation were different.
