摘要:为了明确移植、钾肥、修枝、乙烯四种培育措施对降香黄檀保护性酶、PAL活性及MDA含量的影响,以胸径6~8 cm幼龄降香黄檀为研究对象,研究了不同钾肥用量、修枝强度、乙烯百分数及移植中机械处理方法引起的降香黄檀SOD、POD、CAT、PAL活性与MDA含量的变化规律。结果表明:移植、钾肥、修枝、乙烯四种培育措施均对降香黄檀叶片保护性酶、PAL活性及MDA有不同程度的影响;四种酶活性在移植各处理中以全冠移>断根>去冠>去冠移>CK为顺序依次升高;与修枝强度、钾肥用量呈明显的正相关关系,且随乙烯百分比增加先增大后减小。MDA含量增加与修枝强度和钾肥的用量呈负相关关系,随乙烯百分数增加先降后升,移植试验中以CK>去冠移>去冠>断根>全冠移各处理为顺序依次增加。
Aiming to determine the effects of four cultivation methods including transplantation, potash fertilizer,pruning, and ethylene on the protective enzymes, PAL activity and MDA content of Dalbergia odorifera, young Dalbergia odorifera 6~8 cm in diameter was selected as the study object. The change regulation of SOD, POD,CAT, PAL activity and MDA content in Dalbergia odorifera were studied with different potash dosage, pruning strength, percentage of ethylene and mechanical treatment during transplantation. The results showed that the four cultivation methods which were transplantation, potash fertilizer, pruning, and ethylene, all had varying degrees of effects on protective enzymes, PAL activity and MDA content in leaves of Dalbergia odorifera. The activities of four enzymes increased in the order of full crown shift>root break>crown removal>crown shift>CK. There was a significant positive correlation between pruning intensity and potassium fertilizer dosage, and they increased first and then decreased with increasing ethylene percentage. The increase in MDA content was negatively correlated with the pruning intensity and the amount of potash fertilizer, with the ethylene percentage increased, it dropped first and then rises;in the transplantation experiment, the order of CK >de-crown shift >crown removal >root removal>full crown shift was sequentially increased.
