摘要：在Zeta电位为-24mV的阴离子型松香乳液中,加入一定量的稳定剂及阳离子化剂,成功制备了较稳定的阳离子型分散松香施胶剂CRZ,并对其性能与市售样品进行了对照分析。CRZ的pH值为4.9,固含量35％,Zeta电位为+28mV;体积平均粒径为0.253μm,一致性为0.4922,好于对照样品;在硫酸铝用量为1％,施胶量分别为1.0％、1.5％、2.0％,无其他助剂时,Stockigt法测施胶度分别为26s、33s、42s,施胶性能与对照样品相当。
Cationic rosin size can be used in neutral sizing. The cationic rosin size CRZ was successfully prepared by adding some stable a-gent and cationation agent into the anionic rosin emulsion RZ , in which the zeta-potential was -24mV. The properties of CRZ were compared with those of the control products sold in market. The result showed that the pH value of CRZ was 4.9, the solid content was 35%, its zeta-potential was +28mV, and volume average particle diameter was 0.253μm, coincidence was 0.4922, the particle diameter distribution was better than that of the control. The sizing degree was 26s, 33s and 42s respectively determined by Stockigt method when sizing agent addition was 1.05%, 1.5% and 2.0% without any other addition agents except 1% of Al2(SO4)3. CRZ's sizing effect was almost the same as that of the control.
