摘要：利用联合国粮食与农业组织1996—2010年畜牧业数据,比较了中美两国主要畜产品的生产、贸易现状,发现我国畜牧业存在生产上"一高两低"、贸易上对外依存度高诸多问题。借助C-D生产函数,进一步发现,与美国相比,我国畜牧业处于劳动密集型向资本密集型过度阶段,劳动力较之资本和技术对于畜牧业推动更为明显。为此,应该改变"食物安全"即"粮食安全"的观念、增加公共财政支持、加快畜牧业科技创新,最终实现畜牧业增长和转型。
By using the animal husbandry datum from United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization from 1996 to 2010,this paper compared the status of main livestock products production and trade between China and the United States.Results found that China existed Problems including one high and two low on production,high dependence on foreign trade and many other issues.With the C-D production function,we further found that our livestock industry was changing from labor-intensive stage to capital-intensive stage,but labor preference was still obvious,the role of capital and technology was still weak.To solve these issues,we should completely change the concept of equaling food safety to food security,increase public financial support,accelerate animal husbandry science and technology innovation,thus ultimately achieve livestock growth and transformation.
