摘要:以青藏高原草地为例,探讨草地不同利用方式下(T1:夏季放牧; T2:秋季放牧; T3:冬春放牧; T4:全年放牧),表层(0—30 cm)土壤性状、碳氮含量及其两者之间的关系。结果显示:(1)土壤有机碳、全氮含量和碳氮储量从大到小为T1>T2>T3>T4,差异主要集中在0—10cm。(2)T1处理和T3处理的土壤粘粒和粉粒显著高于T2和T4处理,而砂粒则相反;为T1处理的土壤容重显著低于其它处理,而土壤含水率则表现出相反的趋势;,T3处理的土壤pH显著低于其它处理。(3)土壤pH均与土壤碳氮含量呈现显著地负相关关系;土壤含水率与土壤碳氮仅在T1和T3处理中存在显著地正相关关系;除T4处理外,其余处理均与土壤容重呈现出显著地负相关关系结论:一方面,草地不同利用方式下土壤碳氮含量存在明显的差异;另一方面,土壤性状和碳氮含量之间的关系对草地不同利用方式的响应是存在显著差异的。上述研究可以减少评估土壤碳氮储量时不确定性,也为制定科学合理的草地利用方式、维持草地生态系统生态服务功能和保障区域生态系统功能稳定均具有重要意义。
Taking Qinghai-Tibet plateau grassland as an example,the study examined the properties of surface soil,the contents of carbon(C)and nitrogen(N)in soil,and the relation between their contents and other factors(soil pH/bulk density/soil water content)under different grassland utilization patterns(T1:utilization from July to August;T2:utilization from September to October;T3:utilization from November in this year till June in the next year;T4:utilization all the year round).Results showed that:(1)contents of carbon and nitrogen of alpine grassland soil under different utilization patterns showed the following sequence:T1>T2>T3>T4;(2)the contents of clay and silt in T1 and T3 were significantly higher than those in T2 and T4,while the content of sand presented the opposite pattern;(3)contents of carbon and nitrogen were negatively related to soil pH in all utilization patterns,and were negatively related to bulk density in T1,T2 and T3 except in T4,and were positively related to soil water content.The analysis of the results suggested that the difference in grassland utilization pattern resulted in the difference in the content of carbon and nitrogen,and influenced the relation between soil pH and the contents of carbon and nitrogen and the properties of soil.These findings may help reduce the uncertainty of evaluating the soil carbon and nitrogen storage,and can be significant for the sustainability of grassland utilization,maintenance of grassland ecosystem and the stability of regional ecosystem.
