摘要:竹炭采用二次活化法制备得到不同孔径和比表面积的竹质活性炭(AC)载体。以钛酸四丁酯为钛源,以竹质活性炭为载体,通过溶胶-凝胶法制备得到TiO2/AC负载型光催化剂。对复合催化剂进行表征,研究活性炭性质对TiO2/AC降解甲苯的光催化活性的影响。结果表明制备得到的TiO2/AC为锐钛矿型,晶粒尺寸为20.1 nm;TiO2以化学键的形式杂乱无章的负载于活性炭上;复合型TiO2/AC光催化剂对甲苯具有一定的降解效果,降解率最高为68%,并具有持续的降解稳定性。
Bamboo activated carbon with different pore sizes and surface areas is prepared by post-activation.Photocatalysts of bamboo activated carbon supported titania is prepared by sol-gel method,and characterized and then investigated with its influence on degrading toluene.The results show that ①the average particle diameter of titania/activated carbon is 20.1 nm,and its crystalline form is anatase;②titania is supported mussily on bamboo activated carbon by chemical bonds;③the photocatalyst has higher degradation efficiency for toluene up to 72% and can degrade it continuously and efficiently.
