摘要：漆酶是一种多酚氧化酶,在环境保护、造纸等许多领域都有研究和应用。文中介绍了漆酶特性及其酶活性影响因子,讨论了漆酶在人造板、造纸、食品等工业及其它领域中的应用研究进展,提出了漆酶在木材工业中的应用研究重点。
Laccase is a kind of oxidoreductase enzyme and can be used in many fields such as environment protection, pulp and paper making, etc.This paper introduced briefly the properties of laccase, and the factors effecting laccase activity, discussed its application in wood composites, paper making, food production and other industries.
