摘要:对梁山慈竹纤维化单板形态进行了研究。结果表明:节间竹青面和竹黄面、节部竹青面和竹黄面的平均裂隙角度为60°~70°;节间52%的竹青、节部75%的竹青发生脱落;节间竹束平均断面面积1.97mm2,包含4.61个维管束。节部竹束平均断面积1.83mm2,包含4.07个维管束。通过碾压疏解,对原竹进行可控分离,使复合材料制备达到广谱可设计性。
Basic veneer morphologies of crushed bamboo (Dendrocalamus farinosus) were studied. The results show that the average crack angle combed on bamboo's outer and inner skin face, at both the nodes and internode locations, ranged between 60° and 70°. After crushing, about 520//o and 75o/0 of the bamboo green layers separated the internodes and nodes, respectively. The average cross-section area between internodes was about 1.97 mm^2, which contained 4.61 vascular bundles. The average cross section area at nodes was about 1.83 mm^2 which contained 4.07 vascular bundles.The bamboo composites could be designed under controlled crushing conditions.
