摘要:设置4个基质配方开展西南桦漂浮育苗基质选择试验,测定各基质的理化性质以及苗木的生长表现、光合色素含量等指标并进行分析比较,旨在筛选出合适的漂浮育苗基质。结果表明:(1)基质容重随着轻基质与黄心土配比(体积比)的增大而减小,其持水量和各化学性质指标则呈递增趋势,4种参试基质间各项理化性质指标均差异极显著(P〈0.01);(2)基质Ⅱ和Ⅲ的轻基质和黄心土配比分别为2∶3和1∶1,其各项理化性质指标处于中间水平,尤其是容重、持水量适中,其育苗效果最好;(3)基质Ⅱ和Ⅲ处理的西南桦幼苗高、地径、生物量以及光合色素均极显著高于其他基质(P〈0.01)。因此,本研究筛选出基质Ⅱ(松树皮24%+沤制锯末8%+炭化锯末8%+黄心土60%)和Ⅲ(松树皮30%+沤制锯末10%+炭化锯末10%+黄心土50%)适合西南桦漂浮育苗,为进一步研发其漂浮育苗关键技术奠定了基础。
Aiming to screen out suitable growing media for floating-nursery system of Betula alnoides, growing media selection trials were conducted for floating nursery of this species using four growing media, and physical and chemical properties of these media as well as growth performance, leaf pigment of seedlings were measured and compared. The results showed that (1) bulk densities of mixed media decreased while water-holding capacities increased as their ratio of light medium to soil increased, and significant differences were seen in all sorts of physical and chemical properties among four media (P 〈 0.01); (2) the ratio of light medium to soil for media II and III were 2 : 3 and 1 : 1 (volume ratio), and index of their physical and chemical properties were of intermediate level, in particular, their bulk densities and waterholding capacities were appropriate, their nursery effect were thus the best; and (3) seedling collar diameters, heights, biomass and leaf pigment contents of both media were significantly higher than those for other media. Therefore media II (pine bark 24% + composted sawdust 8% + charred sawdust 8% + soil 60%) and III (pine bark 30% + composted sawdust 10% + charred sawdust 10% + soil 50%) were screened out for floating nursery orB. alnoides, and will be used in further key technical development for the floating nursery system of this species.
