摘要：基于陕西留守农民调查数据,着重分析区位、非农就业机会两大因素对中国家庭农业代际传承的影响。研究发现:区位因素对中国家庭农业代际传承有显著影响,但这种影响方向由于中国独特的家庭农业经营体制而不同于以色列等西方发达国家;个人非农就业机会可显著降低中国家庭农业代际传承意愿;个人生命周期对家庭农业代际传承有极重要的影响,45岁是一个重要拐点。化解中国农业接班人危机,不仅要持续改善农业生产基础条件,以增强农业生产经营的吸引力,而且要重点加大对45岁及以上的壮年返乡农民的农业生产扶持力度,以加大优秀农业接班人的育成概率。
Based on a survey on left- behind farmers in Shanxi province,this paper analyzes the effects of main factors,location of family farm and non- agricultural employment of family staff,on Chinese family farm succession（ CFFS）. The research finds that： Location factor has significant effect on CFFS,and this influence is different from that of developed countries such as Israel because of the unique business system of China＇ s family farm; Opportunity of individual non- agricultural employment can decrease people＇s desire to let his child to succeed family farm; Personal lifecycle takes important impact on CFFS,and the age of 45 is a particular turning point. Therefore,in order to take some countermeasures to Chinese crisis of family farm succession,it should not only improve rural agriculture production infrastructure to enhance the attraction of Chinese agriculture business,but also increase efforts to support peasants,over 45 years old,w ho returning home and taking farm- w ork from cities,w hich w ill let more and more peasants become outstanding.
