摘要:基于微胶囊技术包封木本植物精油,能够充分保留和延缓精油的释香特性,并扩大其应用领域。本文介绍了木本植物精油的生物活性和精油微胶囊化的功能特性,并综述了精油微胶囊在木质材料领域的应用现状。在此基础上,阐述了释香木质材料特征挥发性有机物(VOCs)的检测方法,以期为后续精油微胶囊在木质材料中的应用和推广提供参考。
Encapsulation of essential oil(EO)of woody plants based on microencapsulation technology can fully retain and delay release of aroma from EO,as well as expand their application areas.In this paper,the biological activities of EO of woody plants and the functional properties of EO encapsulated were introduced,and the applications of essential oil microcapsules in the field of wood materials were reviewed.On this basis,the methods for detecting volatile organic compounds(VOCs)characteristic of aroma-releasing of wood materials were also introduced,in order to provide a reference for the future application and promotion of essential oil microcapsules in wood materials.
