摘要:在柚木、樟子松、杉木木材表面,分别喷或刷涂液体石蜡,石墨粉末、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)粉末及两者混合物,切削油、水性切削液、纳米级亲金属切削油等润滑冷却介质,评估介质对刀具与木材表面之间摩擦系数的影响。结果表明:石墨粉末、PTFE粉末及两者混合物、切削油等介质可减小刀具与木材表面之间的摩擦系数,其中石墨与PTFE粉末混合物的润滑作用相对明显。
Wood cutting lubricants protect cutting tools and reduce heat generated during the wood cutting process. Frictional coefficients during cutting three species of wood samples, with the presence of selected lubricants, were evaluated in this study. The results showed that graphite powder, polytetrafluoroethylene powder and their mixtures, and cutting oil considerably reduce the frictional coefficient.
