摘要:为早期选择适生于浙江淳安及毗邻地区的生产力高、适应性强的柏木Cupressus funebris优良家系,2019年12月,以2015年在浙江省淳安县十八坞林场营建的不同产地的柏木优树子代试验林为研究对象,测定48个参试家系的生长性状,分析其遗传变异、遗传力和性状间的遗传相关。结果表明,6年生柏木优树子代的生长性状(树高、胸径、枝下高、冠幅、通直度和分枝数)在家系间均存在极显著差异(P<0.01),除通直度外,柏木的生长性状还受遗传和环境互作的影响;柏木生长性状的家系遗传力为0.18~0.82,其中胸径、树高和通直度的家系遗传力均大于0.5。相关性分析结果显示,胸径与树高呈极显著遗传正相关(P<0.01),且胸径和树高均与冠幅、分枝数呈显著遗传正相关(P<0.05)。优良家系选择以20%入选率为标准,筛选出9个优良家系,其胸径和树高的遗传增益分别为20.39%~38.67%和15.75%~26.83%;优良单株选择以5%入选率为标准,筛选出74株优良单株,其胸径和树高的遗传增益分别为33.29%和32.59%。上述研究结果表明,柏木的生长性状家系间遗传变异丰富,可通过早期选择适生的优良家系与单株。
In December 2019,tally was carried out at filial generation stand of excellent Cupressus funebris trees of 48 families from different producing areas in Shibawu Forest Farm of Chun’an county,Zhejiang province,which was established in 2015 with 1-year container seedlings.The result demonstrated that there were significant differences(P<0.01)in growth traits(tree height,DBH,under-branch height,crown diameter,straightness and number of branches)among tested families.The growth traits were affected by the interaction of heredity and environment,except straightness.The family heritability of growth traits was 0.18-0.82,among them,of DBH,tree height and straightness was more than 0.5.Correlation analysis showed that DBH and tree height had extremely significant positive correlation,and DBH and height had evident positive relation with crown diameter and branching number.Taking 20%as the selection criterion,9 excellent families were selected,and their genetic gains of DBH and tree height were 20.39%-38.67%and 15.75%-26.83%.Taking 5%as the selection criterion,74 excellent individual trees were screened,and their genetic gains of DBH and tree height were 33.29%and 32.59%.
