摘要:以南亚热带5个年龄系列次生林为研究对象,通过时空互换的方法对其植物多样性及乔木生物量进行了研究,对比分析不同演替阶段次生林之间的植物多样性及乔木生物量差异,为次生林的管理提供数据参考。结果表明:(1)共调查植物69种,隶属于39科,55属;随着演替的进行,物种多样性呈波动的不稳定状态,乔、灌、草各层物种组成及多样性也发生相应的变化;乔木层植物的物种丰富度S、Shannon-wiener指数、Simpson指数、J_(sw)均匀度指数均呈现先降低后升高再降低的规律;林下灌、草层植物的物种丰富度S呈现前期平稳,中期升高,后期下降的趋势;林下灌、草层植物的Shannon-wiener指数、Simpson指数、J_(sw)均匀度指数均呈现先降低后升高再降低的规律。(2)通过异速生长方程计算,乔木生物量随演替的进行呈现先升高后降低再趋于稳定的状态,演替进行到30 a时,乔木生物量最大(296.91 t·hm^(-2))。(3)方差分析结果表明,不同演替阶段不同层次的物种丰富度S差异不显著(P>0.05),但Shannon-wiener指数、Simpson指数、J_(sw)均匀度指数差异显著(P<0.05);乔木层不同组分生物量差异不显著(P>0.05)。
In order to compared the plant diversity and biomass of trees between different successional stages of secondary forest of south subtropical,we used the spatiotemporal interchange method to study and analysis them with five different ages of secondary forest.The results showed that:(1)there were total69species of plants which belonged to39families and55genera.The species diversity was unstable with the change of succession,and the species composition of different layers also changed accordingly,but the changed was very slow.Among them,the plant species richness,Shannon-Wiener index,Simpson index,Jsw evenness index had showed decreased first and then increased and then decreased of tree layer.The species richness of shrub and grass kept a stable level during the early stage,and then increased in the middle stage,and then decreased.The Shannon-Wiener index,Simpson index,Jsw evenness index had showed decreased first and then increased and then decreased of shrub and grass layer.(2)The tree biomass was first increased and then decreased and then kept a stable level through the calculation of growth equation,and when the succession was carried out in30years,the tree biomass was the largest(296.91t·hm-2).(3)Analysis of variance showed that the species richness had no significant difference between different successional stages,but the Shannon-Wiener index,Simpson index,Jsw evenness index were significantly difference(P<0.05).Different components had no significant difference among different successional stages of secondary forest(P>0.05).
