摘要:采用人工气候培养箱花盆法,通过选用不同浓度的唑嘧磺草胺对栽培土壤进行处理,分析3种不同科属的水稻、豌豆和黄瓜的株高、根长和生物量,探讨唑嘧磺草胺施用后对非靶标植物的毒性影响。结果显示:唑嘧磺草胺对3种作物均有一定的影响,黄瓜和豌豆的根长、水稻的株高分别是最敏感的效应指标,EC 50依次为0.0103 mg a.i./kg干土、0.0464 mg a.i./kg干土、0.0949 mg a.i./kg干土。唑嘧磺草胺对三种作物的抑制效应为黄瓜>水稻>豌豆,毒性均为“高毒”。农药对植物的影响不仅与自身毒性有关,也与田间用药量有关,揭示了唑嘧磺草胺在推荐的用药量40~60 g a.i./hm 2下,施用后对作物相对安全。但其毒性较高,在田间应用时,需严格按规范用药,切勿私自增大剂量使用,以防止造成作物减产。
Artificial climate incubator and flowerpots were adopted,the cultivation soil was treated with different concentrations of flumetsulam,and the toxicity of flumetsulam on non-target plants was discussed though measuring the plant height,root length and biomass of rice,pea and cucumber.The results showed that flumetsulam had certain effects on the three kinds of crops.The root length of cucumber and pea and the plant height of rice were the most sensitive indexes,whose EC 50 was 0.0103,0.0464,and 0.0949 mg a.i./kg dry soil,respectively.The inhibitory effect of flumetsulam on the three kinds of crops was in the order of cucumber>rice>pea,all indicated high toxicity.The effect of pesticides on plants is not only related to its toxicity,but also related to the amount of pesticides used in the field.Flumetsulam is safe for crops at the recommended dosage of 40 g a.i./hm 2 to 60 g a.i./hm 2,but its use should be strictly regulated,and the dosage should not be increased randomly,so as to prevent crop loss.
