摘要:为了给杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata)高效培育和优良种质筛选提供参考依据,加快杉木良种的推广,本研究以中国林业科学研究院亚热带林业实验中心杉木半同胞家系子代试验林为试验对象,通过测定40个家系和2个对照的保存率、树高、地径,分析各生长性状的遗传变异规律及不同家系间的显著性差异,以地径为主要评估指标,兼顾树高、保存率及性状遗传增益,对家系进行等级划分,并筛选出优良无性系。结果表明,大部分家系保存率大于90%,部分家系间保存率存在显著差异,34、163、127号家系保存率最大(96%),141号(44%)显著低于其他家系。杉木家系树高、地径在家系间、重复间以及家系、重复交互效应上均存在显著性差异(P<0.05),树高和地径超过对照平均值的家系分别有12个、22个,其中地径超过对照的占比超过50%。杉木家系遗传力均大于单株遗传力,家系的地径和树高遗传力分别为57.70%、59.60%。经过分析,将家系划分为优、良、差三个等级,初步筛选出15号、101号、67号、43号、21号、13号共6个优良家系,优良家系地径比对照提高了21.96%~32.99%,遗传增益为10.17%~16.46%,家系增产效果相对显著。3年生杉木半同胞子代试验林生长性状受中等偏上的遗传控制,大部分优良性状可传递给子代,选择的优良家系具有明显的遗传改良潜力,可为杉木良种选育打下坚实的理论基础和科学指导。
In order to provide reference basis for efficient cultivation and excellent germplasm screening of C.lanceolata,and can speed up the popularization of improved varieties of Cunninghamia lanceolata.In this study,the progeny experimental forest of C.lanceolata half sib families in Experimental center of subtropical Forestry,Chinese Academy of Forestry was taken as the experimental object.By measuring the preservation rate,tree height and ground diameter of 40 families,and 2 controls,the genetic variation law of various growth traits and the significant differences among different families were analyzed.Taking ground diameter as the main evaluation index,considering tree height,preservation rate and genetic gain of traits,the families were classified,and excellent clones were selected.The results showed that the preservation rate of most families was more than 90%,and there were significant differences among some families.The preservation rate of families 34,163 and 127 was the highest(96%),and that of families 141(44%)was significantly lower than that of other families.There were significant differences in tree height and ground diameter among families,repetitions and interaction effects between families and repetitions(P<0.05).There were 12 and 22 families whose tree height and ground diameter exceeded the average value of the control respectively,of which the ground diameter exceeded the control accounted for more than 50%.The heritability of C.Lanceolata family was greater than that of single plant.The heritability of ground diameter and tree height were 57.70%and 59.60%respectively.After analysis,the families were divided into three grades:excellent,good and poor.Six excellent families of No.15,No.101,No.67,No.43,No.21 and No.13 were preliminarily screened.The ground diameter of the excellent families was 21.96%~32.99%higher than that of the control,and the genetic gain was 10.17%~16.46%.The growth characters of 3-year-old C.lanceolata half sib progeny experimental forest are controlled by medium to upper heredity,and most excellent characters can be transmitted to the progeny.The selected families have obvious genetic improvement potential,which can lay a solid theoretical foundation and scientific guidance for the breeding of improved varieties of C.lanceolata.
