摘要：该研究采用软科学和计算机科学相结合的技术路线，建立了我国林业系统第一个专家数据库，研制出了林业专家数据库管理信息系统。共收录全国２００个科研、教学、生产管理单位的专家学者５８４人。这些专家学者分布于２６个学科，９６％的人有高级专业技术职务，均具有较高的学术水平，较丰富的业务实践经验和一定的知名度。研制的专家数据库管理信息系统具有存贮、维护、统计、查询和输出等基本功能。用户不需编程，可随时提取、增加和修改有关专家的基本情况和科研活动等信息。
To improve the level of the scientific and technological management and toenhance the function of scientists in academic advisory and other social activities,a study wasundertaken to establish the first data bank of forestry experts and management informationsystem。In this data bank the information is stored in different data files of 584 experts,whoare specialized in 26 subjects of forestry sciences and work for more than 200 institutions,do-ing research,teaching or practical work. Of these experts,96%are ranked on senior positionswith academic qualification, practical experiences and being well-known,These experts willwell function to meet the need for forestry consultancy and scientific-technological mai1age-ment.The data bank and information system has several basic functions in data storage,maintenance,statistics,information searching and printing。This data bank and informationsystem is made in a quite easy and efficient mode to operate,users do not need to compile anycomputing programmes,The expert files stored can be at any time retrieved,added, and modi-fied。
