摘要:【目的】土壤盐渍化和干旱是影响我国北方干旱半干旱地区植物生长的主要环境因子。本研究通过使用NaCl和PEG-6000分别模拟不同强度的盐胁迫和干旱胁迫,对流动沙丘一年生先锋植物沙蓬种子的萌发特性进行研究。【方法】以沙蓬种子为研究对象,设置NaCl溶液和PEG-6000溶液浓度梯度分别为0、50、100、150、200、250、300 mmol/L和0、5%、10%、15%、20%模拟盐胁迫和干旱胁迫,并对沙蓬种子相关萌发指标进行测定。【结果】低浓度的盐胁迫和干旱胁迫对沙蓬种子萌发无显著影响。随着盐浓度的升高,沙蓬种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数等指标总体呈先升高后下降的趋势。当NaCl浓度为300 mmol/L时各项指标均达到最低值,且与对照相比差异显著(P<0.05);当PEG溶液浓度达到20%时,种子的发芽率最低为48%。同时,沙蓬种子的相对盐害率随着NaCl溶液浓度的升高而变大;抗旱指数随着PEG溶液的升高而降低。【结论】在本研究所设置的最大盐旱胁迫范围内,沙蓬种子仍可以正常萌发,表明沙蓬种子对高浓度的盐旱胁迫具有良好的抗性。
【Objective】Soil salinisation and drought are the main environmental factors affecting plant growth in the arid and semi-arid regions of northern China.In this study,the germination characteristics of seeds of the annual pioneer plant Agriophyllum squarrosum in mobile dunes were investigated by simulating different intensities of salt stress and drought stress using NaCl and PEG-6000,respectively.【Method】Agriophyllum squarrosum seeds were used to simulate salt stress and drought stress by setting the concentration gradients of NaCl solution and PEG-6000 solution at 0,50,100,150,200,250,300 mmol/L and 0,5%,10%,15%,20%,respectively,and the germination related indexes of Agriophyllum squarrosum seeds were determined.【Result】The results indicated that low concentrations of salt and drought stress had no significant impact on the germination of Agriophyllum squarrosum seeds.With increasing salt concentration,the germination rate,germination energy,and germination index initially increased and then decreased.All parameters reached their lowest values at a NaCl concentration of 300 mmol/L,showing significant differences compared to the control(P<0.05).Additionally,the seed germination rate was lowest at 48%under 20%PEG solution.The relative salt injury rate of Agriophyllum squarrosum seeds increased with NaCl solution concentration,while the drought resistance index decreased with increasing PEG solution concentration.【Conclusion】Within the maximum salt and drought stress range set in this study,Agriophyllum squarrosum seeds can still germinate normally,indicating a strong resistance to high concentrations of salt and drought stress.
