摘要：我国是木线条的生产、消费和出口大国。研究对比国内外木线条标准的目的是防止木线条技术性贸易壁垒、促进我国木线条的生产和出口贸易,也为我国木线条标准的修订和国际标准的制定提供借鉴。文中分别对我国与英国、美国等木材工业发达国家木线条标准进行比较,分析其在范围和技术要求等方面的异同。我国国家标准的适用对象是室内用实木线条和人造板线条,对木线条的漆膜性能要求、人造板木线条的胶合性能和检验方法都做了规定,具有一定的先进性;英国标准主要规定了室内和室外用实木线条的技术要求,在适用树种的推荐、实木线条的等级划分和安装等方面有较多可供借鉴之处;美国标准主要规定了室内和室外用工程木线条的物理力学性能要求,其对木线条基材的耐候性、线性膨胀、抗弯强度、钉头拉穿等性能的要求在我国国家标准中都没有规定,可供我国借鉴。
China is a big country in the production,consumption and export of wood trim.Studying and comparing the national and international standards on would trim is aimed at removing technical barriers to wood trim trade,increasing China’s production and export of wood trim,and provide references for formulating wood trim standards.This paper compares the Chinese national standard,BSI standard and ANSI standard on wood trim,and analyzes their similarities and differences in standard requirements and technical requirements.Chinese national wood trim standard is applicable to the solid wood trim and wood-based trim for indoor use,setting the requirements for the paint film performance of solid wood trim and the bonding performance and the inspection methods of wood-based trim.The BSI standard mainly specifies the technical requirements for solid wood trim for indoor and outdoor use,and it is worthwhile to learn in the aspects of suitable tree species recommendation,solid wood trim classification and installation.The ANSI standard mainly specifies the physical and mechanical performance requirements of engineered wood trim for indoor and outdoor use,and its requirements on weather resistance of substrate,linear expansion,bending strength,nail-head pull-through are not touched in the Chinese national standard,which would provide a reference for China to improve its standard.
