摘要:蒙脱土由于具有独特的层状一维纳米结构特性,从而赋予了聚合物/蒙脱土纳米复合材料优良的性能,在基础研究和实际应用中都引起人们普遍的关注。本文针对钠基蒙脱土的有机改性,按不同的有机改性剂进行分类概述,综述了近年来国内外有机改性方面的研究进展。同时介绍了有机改性蒙脱土/聚合物纳米复合材料的独特性能;最后,对蒙脱土的有机改性剂发展方向进行了展望:研制适合不同类型的聚合物/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的有机改性剂,提高纳米复合材料的力学性能、热力学性能及其它的特殊性能等,拓宽蒙脱土的应用领域。
Montmorillonites(MMT)have attracted considerable attention in fundamental research and applications.Organic montmorillonites / polymer nanocomposites exhibit superior characteristics in comparison with pure polymer constituents due to its unique one-dimensional layered structure.The types of organic modifier and research advances in organic modification montmorillonite were summarized.Also unique properties of organically modified montmorillonite/polymer nanocomposites were introduced,and the developing trend of the organic modifier were predicted.In order to broaden the application of montmorillonite,different types of organic modifier were developed for polymer/montmorillonite nanocomposites in order to improve the properties including mechanical strength,improved heat and flame resistance and so on.
