摘要:简述了稻壳灰的结构与组成,综述了传统沉淀法和改进沉淀法制备白炭黑的方法和工艺过程,其中传统沉淀法包括硫酸沉淀法、盐酸沉淀法和CO2沉淀法,但都存在操作工艺繁琐、产品不稳定、工业废水难处理等缺点;改进沉淀法即Na2CO3沉淀法,是一种高效、清洁无污染的方法。最后对白炭黑的应用作了相关介绍,同时对稻壳灰制备白炭黑做出了展望。
The structure and composition of rice husk ash were briefly described, summarized the traditional and im- proved precipitation method and produce process of silica. Among them the traditional precipitation method including sul- phuric acid precipitation, hydrochloric acid precipitation and COz precipitation, which all existed operation process trival, un- stable product, and difficult to handle industrial waste water etc. and the other shortcomings. The improved method Na2 CO3 precipitation method was an efficient, clean and non-polluting way. Finally applications of silica were related presented, while making a outlook on preparation of silica by rice husk ash.
